This means from a young age, take care of your mouth properly on a daily basis. Brush two times per day, floss once per day, and always rinse with a good-quality, alcohol-free mouthwash. This also means seeing your dental professional every six months. Should you develop any type of an issue, as most adults do, come in and see us for treatment. It also means that you take your oral health seriously as you age. If you have an issue with your gums, come in and let us help treat it. Should you lose a tooth, take steps to replace it. Most adults have at least one missing tooth, so it is not unheard of or unusual. You have to make sure to take proper care of your mouth from as young as possible, on.
